Accident & Claims Management
A clear process for when a crash happens, so you document it right, protect your record, and keep your accident register correct under 49 CFR 390.15.
When a crash happens, the first hours matter, and so does the paperwork that follows. Carriers lose more than they should because the response is disorganized or the event is recorded wrong.
Part 390.15 requires you to keep an accident register and to know which crashes are DOT recordable. Not every incident counts, and treating a minor event like a major one, or missing a recordable crash, both cause problems in a review. We help you sort it correctly and record it the right way.
We give your drivers and dispatch a simple process to follow at the scene and right after, so the information you need is captured while it is fresh. Then we make sure the documentation supports you if there is a claim, a lawsuit, or an audit.
We also watch how the event feeds into your CSA scores and your safety record, and we handle the follow-up so one bad day does not turn into a long term problem.
