After years spent inside trucking operations, we saw how often good carriers got tripped up by paperwork, missed deadlines, and systems that looked fine until an auditor walked in.
So we built a different kind of consulting company. One that rolls up its sleeves, fixes what is broken, and stays long enough to make sure it keeps working. A decade later, that approach still drives everything we do.

I started KCC Consulting in 2016 because I kept seeing the same thing happen to good carriers: everything looks fine for years, then one DQ file goes stale, one medical card lapses, and a routine roadside check turns into a six-figure compliance problem. We built KCC to catch that file before the inspector does, not explain it after.
That means walking into your office and pulling the same files an auditor would pull, finding what is wrong first, and fixing it before it costs you your authority. That is the job, and it is the only promise I have kept since day one.
